🧈 Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns after delivery. Once the butter has been delivered and the packaging has been opened, we cannot guarantee the original temperature and storage conditions. As such, we are unable to restock or resell returned items, and returns are not allowed for food safety reasons.

💸 Refunds Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. While we cannot accept returns, we do offer refunds in the following situations:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • The product deteriorated in quality during the delivery process

  • You received an incorrect item or order

In such cases, we offer a 100% refund or partial refund, depending on the specific issue.

  2. Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, wrong item, spoiled butter)

  3. Include your order number and details of the problem

Once we verify the claim, we will process your refund promptly.

📦 No Refunds Will Be Issued If

  • The product was damaged or spoiled after delivery

  • The complaint is made beyond 24 hours after delivery

  • The butter was not stored properly after receipt
